The Ram Heavy Duty truck is one of the most popular platforms for everything from families towing fifth wheels and campers to the everyday professional transporting heavy loads from one state to another. Hellwig’s hot forged 1-5/16-inch solid rear sway bar (Part #7774) for 2 and 4-wheel drive applications fits single wheel or dually trucks fitted with the 6.7L diesel powerplant and also equipped with Ram’s factory air suspension (rear sway bar part #7298 fits trucks without the factory air suspension). The thicker Hellwig sway bar replaces the undersized factory bar and provides a noticeable improvement in daily driving conditions as well as heavy-duty towing and hauling. Forged from 4140 Chromoly steel and heat treated for durability, this bolt-on upgrade includes new adjustable length heavy duty end links to perfectly match any load or ride height.
